Yes, a scout should not be stealth & scan, they should also not be superfast, slippery Logi's.

I honestly think passive scans should just go, rather than giving them to everyone... The game is more fun without them.

Something along the lines of the League of Legends 'Ping' system would be quite nice for people who aren't squad leader, then the leader can easily pick one of the targets as a priority if needed... Would be much better for teamplay.

There is a lot more but I'm afraid I have to keep it a simple list of 10 for the forums I don't want to overwhelm your tiny brains.
